Hello, I'm Georgina, the founder of North Kent Home Help Services, providing friendly and relable home help services across North Kent. 

With over 10 years' experience in service delivery and operations, alongside my experience within health and care, supporting people has always been at the heart of what I do. For the past two years I have managed a hospital discharge service, where the needs, wellbeing, and independence of the people we support have always been our priority. 

Through my work, I have seen just how important it is for people to feel comfortable and confident in their own homes. I've also seen the impact that loneliness can have on someones wellbeing and independence. Sometimes, having a friendly face, a helping hand and a little bit of company can make a real difference. 

This is one of the reasons I decided to create North Kent Hope Help Services - to proivde practical, compassionate support that helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as it is safe and appropriate to do so. 

I also understand how difficult it can be for busy working families to keep ontop of everything. I'm part of a busy family myself, so I know how quickly household jobs, errands and everyday responsibilities can build up. I believe that families should enjoy those important moments together, rather than constantly worrying about what needs to be done next. 

My passion for providing caring and respectful support is also deeply personal. My lovely Nan lived with Alzheimer's for over 10 years, I saw first hand how important it is to treat someone's loved one with dignity, kindness and respect. I also learned that sometimes the little things - a friendly smile, a warm conversation or simply taking the time to listen - that can make a person's day feel a little brighter. 

At North Kent Home Help Services, I want to bring that same pesonal approach to every family and person that I support. Whether you need a helping hand around the home, support with everyday tasks, companionship, or simply a little more time for the things that matter most, my aim is to make life that little bit easier.
